Micro Fine Silica Powder

Micro Fine Silica Powder is an ultra-fine silica powder produced from high-purity quartz ore through mechanical crushing, acid washing, fine grinding, and strict classification. It is designed as a fine filler for formulations where consistent particle size and batch-to-batch reproducibility matter. Typical use scenarios include electronic encapsulation, engineering plastics, coatings, and adhesive systems.

Narrow particle size distribution (300–3000 mesh adjustable). In electronic encapsulation and engineering plastics, a tight distribution reduces filler-induced variation in flow and shrinkage, which helps keep downstream product performance within specification.

High SiO₂ content (≥99.0%) and low loss on ignition (≤0.10%). For coating and adhesive systems, low LOI means fewer volatiles released during curing, reducing the risk of bubbles and voids in the finished part.

Batch-to-batch consistency verified by in-house laboratory testing. Each batch is checked with a swing vibrating sieve, laboratory sieve shaker, and conductivity meter before packaging. For buyers running continuous production, this reduces the need for incoming inspection adjustments between lots.

Whiteness ≥92. In light-colored coatings and plastics, stable whiteness helps maintain color consistency without additional tinting adjustment.

Moisture ≤0.20%. Controlled moisture supports stable dispersion in resin systems and reduces the risk of agglomeration during storage.

The testing covers particle size using a swing vibrating sieve and a laboratory sieve shaker, and conductivity is measured with a conductivity meter. Whiteness and moisture are also checked against the confirmed specification.

Because the product is positioned for fine filler applications, the key control point is consistency of fineness across batches. Batches that do not meet the confirmed specification are not released for packaging.
